Barbara Jeanne Moore, 77, of Clarksburg passed away Saturday morning November 13, 2010 at United Hospital Center, Bridgeport.  She was born September 25, 1933 in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late Joseph Reuben Reasinger and Mary Marcella Hergenrother Reasinger. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Jon Darrell Moore who passed away on December 13, 2003. 

She is survived by two sons William J. Moore and his wife Darlene of Monaca, PA and Michael J. Moore and his wife Rayetta of Philippi; one daughter Jeanne Smith and her husband John of Hepzibah; six grandchildren Lyndsi Moore, Paige Moore, Mitch Smith, Ian Moore, Marlee Smith, and Katie Smith; three step-grandchildren Erica and Alex Smith and Tabitha Marsh; one brother Thomas Reasinger of Nutter Fort. 

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Joan Hinkle and one brother James Reasinger. 

Mrs. Moore was a graduate of St. Mary's High School and worked as an Assistant Director for the Bridgeport/Clarksburg Convention and Visitors Bureau, where she retired.  She enjoyed reading, drawing, crafts and the Christmas Holiday.  Her favorite thing above all was spending time with her grandchildren.  She was also a member of All Saints Catholic Church. 

Family and friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home 607 S. Virginia Ave., Bridgeport from 6-8 PM Sunday and 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday. A Vigil Service will be held at 7:30 PM Monday evening in the funeral home.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday November 16, 2010 at All Saints Catholic Church, Bridgeport at 10:00 AM with Reverend Harry N. Cramer as celebrant. Interment will follow in Bridgeport Cemetery.
