Family of Billy Shreve: Children, Grandchildren, and Siblings: We would like to express our sincere sympathy on the loss of your Dad, Granddad, and brother. Billy was one fine soul. Mom & Dad used to take us to visit Dorsey & Lorene and we played many days with Billy & the rest of the kids. Billy & I were born the same year, even the same month, I being 10 days older. When we moved from Elkins, we weren't around them as much, but I still remembered him and the others with much affection. In later years, I worked with Billy at Bethlehem Mines and got reacquainted. I saw him for the last time about a year ago. I had heard he was really sick, and was sorry to hear that. I guess now he won't have to suffer anymore. I will always remember him with affection and will miss seeing him around, even if it wasn't very often. He is part of my childhood memories and I always enjoyed visiting with all of them. My husband also liked Billy very much. We are keeping all of you in our thoughts and prayers and Billy will always be a good memory I will carry with me and think of with affection. God bless all of you. Allen and Sharon Shreve Armstrong
