Back Send condolences to the Conrad Family
Linda Susan Conrad, 58, of Davisson Street Bridgeport, passed away on Wednesday December 16, 2009 at United Hospital Center following a brief illness. She was born July 11, 1951 in South Plainfield NJ a daughter of the late Edward Flowers and Helen Ostapovich Flowers.
She is survived by two children, Angie Lee Ables and her husband Edward of Weston and Jason Conrad and his wife Brandy of Madison, WV; two grandchildren Anya Denae Ables and Eyan Russell Conrad; and the father of her children Russell Conrad of Romney; one brother Edward John Flowers and his wife Diana of South Plainfield, NJ; and several nieces and nephews.
Linda was a member of the St. Marks Lutheran Church and she worked for Mon Power and Allegheny Power for 26 years as a credit collection specialist. She was most proud of her long safety record as well as her attendance record at work. She had received her BS degree in Business Administration from Salem College.
Family and friends may call Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Friday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday December 19, 2009 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Linda Muhly presiding. Interment will be in Bridgeport Cemetery.
