Back Send condolences to the Harris Family
Mary Louise Ellison Lynch McCartney Harris, age 80, of Meta, KY, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2009. She was born February 28, 1929 in Upshur County, a daughter of the late George and Mary Catherine Ellison.
She is survived by one son, Howard Butch Lynch of Elyria, OH; five daughters, Retha Ball and her husband Bill of Amherst OH, Joyce Spatafore and her husband Joe of Bridgeport, Mary Louise Metzgar of Bridgeport, Tina Farley of Meta, KY, and Robin Lewis and her husband Scott of Meta, KY; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; and one sister, Dorothy Corley of Elyria.
Mary was a homemaker. She will be truly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Ave, Bridgeport from 4 to 8 pm Friday. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 2:00 pm Saturday, July 25, 2009 with Pastor Robert Shingleton presiding. Interment will follow in Hepzibah Cemetery in Taylor County.
