Gladys Louise Maze Huffman, 75, of East View, passed away at her residence on Sunday, July 19, 2009.  She was born January 21, 1934, in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late Floyd Sylvester Maze and Marie Sue Ocheltree Maze. 

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Theodore Eugene Huffman, whom she married on March 29, 1952.  She is also survived by two sons, Robert E. Huffman and his wife Joanna and Allen C. Huffman and his wife Michael Ann all of Salem; three grandchildren, Patrick R. Huffman and his wife Jonna of Wilmington, NC, Joseph L. Huffman and his wife Andrea of Tulsa, OK and Marcus A. Huffman of Salem; two great grandchildren, Leela Huffman and Sawyer Huffman both of Tulsa, OK; one brother Carl Maze and his wife Eleanor of Ft. Myers, FL and one sister, Wilma Boyer and her husband Ronald of Craigmoor. 

She was preceded in death by one brother Ray Maze and one sister, Mary Currence. 

Gladys graduated from RW High School in 1952 and she was a member of the North View United Methodist Church, and she enjoyed spending the winter months in Zephyr Hills, Fl.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Family and friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Wednesday July 22, 2009 from 2:00 – 8:00 pm.  Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday July 23, 2009 at 11:00 AM with Reverend David Fisher and Reverend Kenny Kendall presiding.  Interment will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Quiet Dell.
