Vincent Ali, Sr.
Vincent Ali, Sr., 96, died peacefully in his sleep on Monday, December 29, 2008, at his residence in Century Village of Pembroke Pines, FL.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Kathryn.
He is survived by his son, Vincent Ali, Jr.; his granddaughter, Jean Simonis; his grandson, Brian Zannino; and two great-grandchildren, Joshua and Zachary Zannino; his brothers, Chester, John, Don, and his sister, Teresa Lanham.
He was also preceded in death by his son, Chester, and a brother, Nick.
Memorial contributions in Vincent’s memory can be made to Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY 10018.
A Requiem Mass will be held in Pembroke Pines, FL, and interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Local services are under the care of Burnside Funeral Home, Bridgeport.
