Ruby Pearl Trader

Ruby Pearl Trader, 98, of Liberty Addition, Clarksburg, and recently of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away Thursday afternoon, May 29, 2008, in Florida.  She was born in Wallace, West Virginia, on January 29, 1910, a daughter of the late Herman and Gertie Holt Hutson.  

She is survived by three sons, Everett C. Trader, Sr. and his wife Karen, New Port Richey, FL; Gale Trader and  his wife, Marge, Sardis; and James Edward Trader and his wife, Shirley, Painesville, Ohio;   two sisters, Edna Kuhn, Fairmont; and Mary Virginia Hayhurst, Alliance, Ohio.  She is also survived by nine grandchildren; Everett C. Trader, Jr., Jennifer Darlene Danner, Robert Allen Trader, Jeffrey Keith Trader, Linda Lou Trader, Donald Wayne Trader, Roger Trader, David Trader and Jimmy Trader and many more great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, all who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by seven brothers, Raymond, Roy, Rex, Brooks, Coldwell, Lesley and Chesley.

Ms. Trader retired from Stonewall Jackson Hotel with over 21 years of service.  She was a member of Liberty Addition United Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening, quilting, crocheting and many other crafts.  She took her greatest joy in all of her family, friends and neighbors.  She was beloved by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to Hernando/Pasco Hospice, 6807 Rowan Road, New Port Richey, FL 34653.

Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, from 6-8 p.m., where services will be held on Wednesday at 11 am with Reverend Bruce Stinard presiding.  Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
