Michael Perry Cunningham
Michael Perry Cunningham, 43, of Bridgeport, passed away Monday, May 19, 2008. He was born in Fairmont on April 16, 1965, a son of Sandra Lynn Butcher Cunningham, who survives in Bridgeport, and the late Ronald Keith Cunningham.
He is also survived by his wife, Leann Pulice Cunningham; his son, Andrew Cunningham, Bridgeport; a brother, Troy Cunningham and his wife Patricia, Bridgeport; and a sister, Penny Novak and her husband Gary, Shinnston; his mother and father-in-law, Betty and Donald Pulice, Clarksburg; two brothers-in-law, Greg Pulice and his wife Ginny and Steve Pulice and his wife Felicia, all of Clarksburg, a sister-in-law, Dawn Moran and her husband Randy, Barrackville, and aunts and uncles, Patty and Jack Delaney, Hundred; and Pam and Larry Conoway, Mannington; Richard and Garnett Butcher, Shinnston; Ralph and Rose Butcher, Akron, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
Perry was a graduate of Bridgeport High School, Class of 1983, and Val Tech College Auto and Diesel Mechanic School. He has worked for the past 22 years at Harry Green Chevrolet, where he was the shop foreman. He loved to hunt and fish, and liked to work on the farm.
Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Saturday morning from 10:30 – 11:30 am, where a service celebrating Perry’s life will be held at 11:30 am with Pastor Joseph D. Riggs presiding. Interment will follow in Sancho Cemetery, Hundred.
