Conrad Lewis Palmer
Conrad Lewis Palmer, 80, of Clarksburg, passed away, Saturday, April 5, 2008, at his residence. He was born on February 12, 1928, in Wellsburg, a son of the late William and Vannie Eden Palmer.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph S. and Ernie Palmer. He is survived by several nieces and nephews, including Willie and Debbie Palmer, Avella, PA.
He retired in 1976 from the US Air Force after serving 20 years, and he had worked in the Municipal Sanitation Department. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he loved woodworking. He was a member of the VFW and Fraternal Order of Eagles, Clarksburg.
Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at 10 am at WV National Cemetery, where Military Burial Honors will be accorded.
