Claudia E. Criner
Claudia E. Criner, 59, of North View, Clarksburg passed away suddenly on Monday, November 12, 2007. She was born May 10, 1948 in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late Richard L. Knight.
She was the beloved wife and best friend of her husband, Gerald A. Criner, whom she married on October 15, 1975.
Claudia is also survived by two sisters, Debbie Heldman of Manassas, VA and Wendy Lyons of Pittsburgh, PA; a niece, Debbie Lyons; two nephews, Richard and Eric Heldman; five step-children, Jeffrey Criner of Oregon, Barbara Koch of Georgia, Michele Jenkins of Martinsburg, Jerri Lynn Hinebaugh of Bridgeport, and Aimee Wright of Charles Town; and 13 grandchildren.
Claudia was a graduate of Bridgeport High School. She was a loving homemaker and was known for loving her cats.
At her request, no services or visitation will be held. Contributions in Claudia’s memory may be made to Humane Society of Harrison County, Rt. 2, Box 932, Shinnston, WV 26431.
