Scott Pritchard, 48, of Efland, NC, passed away unexpectedly Thursday evening,
February 21, 2007.
He was born February 20, 1959 in Clarksburg, WV, a son of the late Charles and Carole Sue Oldaker Pritchard.
Tim is survived by his two children, Scott Allen Pritchard with whom he made his home, and Alisha Marie Pritchard of Burlington, NC; his wife, Rebecca Ann Pritchard of Greensboro, NC; one brother and sister-in-law Randall Wayne “Randy” Pritchard and his wife Jennifer of Nutter Fort, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He obtained a degree in the area of HVAC from Alamance Community College, and at the time of his passing, had been employed for 15 years as an HVAC Specialist with the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
He was an avid golfer who also enjoyed bowling, gardening and spending time with his dogs.
Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Ave., Bridgeport, WV from 4:00 – 8:00 PM on Sunday, February 25, 2007. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday in the funeral home with Reverend Dan Cope of the Wolf Summit Wesleyan Methodist Church presiding. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Mt. Clare.
