Beverly E. Pecarro
Beverly E. Pecarro, 54, of Goff Avenue, Clarksburg, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2007 at United Hospital Center. She was born June 6, 1953, in Clarksburg, a daughter of Patricia Warner Taylor of Bridgeport the late James P. Taylor.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by John V. Lopez, who was her long-time companion and best friend for over 20 years; two sons, Joe Pecarro and his wife Ally; Bill Pecarro; and one grandson, Guy Pecarro, all of Charlotte, NC. Her combined family includes John’s children, John F. Lopez; Mike Lopez and his wife Jaclyn; Gina Lopez and her companion John; three granddaughters, Liliana “Lily”, Isabella and Mary, all of Clarksburg. Two sisters, Martha Bailey and her husband Lonnie, Grays Knob, KY; and Jane Eisenbeis and her husband Joe of Roanoke, WV and several nieces and nephews complete the family.
Beverly graduated from Bridgeport High School and attended Fairmont State College. She was a caregiver for the past several years.
Beverly was a wonderful mother and grandmother who put her family and others before herself. She was an angel who woke up every day thinking what she could do for someone else. Beverly loved to cook and bake for others, and also loved gardening and crafts.
She was a member of Simpson Creek Baptist Church.
Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Ave., Bridgeport, from 1:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, December 30, 2007, where Catholic Burial Rites will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday with Rev. Benny Kapa and Dr. C. Michael Hopkins presiding. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery
