Timothy A. Brewer
Timothy A. Brewer, 42, of Norfolk, VA, passed away suddenly at his residence on Tuesday, December 25, 2007. He was born in Fairmont on April 27, 1965, a son of the late Dora Elaine Hayes Brewer and Joe W. Brewer, who survives in Bridgeport.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Mike Bailey, Elkins; his niece, Kayce Bailey, Elkins; and several aunts and uncles.
Timothy was a graduate of Bridgeport High School, Class of 1984. He then entered the US Navy, where he retired as a Machinists Mate after 20 years of service. Following his military retirement, he worked at Home Depot in Norfolk. Timothy also greatly enjoyed hunting and spending time with his friends.
Friends may call at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Sunday, December 30, 2007, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., where services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. with Pastor George Bramble presiding. Interment will follow in WV National Cemetery, Pruntytown where Military Funeral Honors will be accorded.
