Thomas Lowell Neff Send Condolences tot the Neff Family
Thomas Lowell Neff, age 74 of Colorado Springs, CO passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully in his home on May 26, 2006. Tom was born on December 5, 1931 in Indianapolis, IN, a son of the late Jason Neff and the late Esthel Thompson Neff
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Lois Jean Drumpus Neff; two children Tim Neff and his wife Cindy of Colorado Springs and Jodi Wiles and her husband Rick of Anaheim, CA; and his grandchildren Hayley, Logan, and Aubrey Neff and Rachel and Dylan Wiles. His extended family includes his mother-in-law Edna Drumpus of Reynoldsville; his sisters in-law Carole Flowers and her husband Bill and Judy Bennett and her husband Jack all of Clarksburg, Myra Sienkiewicz and her husband Mike of Charles Town, WV, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He served as a minister for the Christian Churches and Churches of Christ for 50 years until his retirement, June 30, 2002. He ministered in West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Colorado, and California. Tom served as minister in the Clarksburg area at the West Union, Reynoldsville, and Center Point Christian Churches. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and the many lives he touched.
Family and friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home 607 S. Virginia Ave., Bridgeport from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Friday, June 2, 2006 and from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM Saturday in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Quiet Dell.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established the Tom Neff Memorial Fund at ENT Federal Credit Union, Box 15819, Colorado Springs, CO 80935.
