Terrance “Terry” Paul Fox, 52, of West Pike Street, Clarksburg, passed away Monday evening, October 9, 2006, at his residence. He was born January 23, 1954, in Bethesda, MD, a son of the late Leonard and Bonnie Jean (Nickerson) Fox.
He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline (Brown) Fox, whom he married April 14, 1989.
Also surviving are 4 children, Danielle Hampton and her husband, Nathan, Philippi; Gwendolyn Fox-Ligon and her husband Randy Ligon, Kentucky; Lisa Brown and her companion Andrew Moore, Clarksburg; and Charlene Fox and her companion Matthew White, Lakeland, FL; a daughter-in-law, Polina Fox, Maryland; 6 grandchildren; 3 brothers, Jeffrey, Paul, and Timmy Fox, all of Maryland; a sister, Jackie Klopfer, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Terrance “Chipper” Fox, Jr.
Terry was the owner of TJ’s Heating and Cooling of Lakeland, FL, and had been an air conditioning service technician for over 30 years. He served with the US Marine Corps in Vietnam, and enjoyed fishing, hunting and 4-wheeling.
A Celebration of Terry’s Life will be held at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Saturday at 4 pm, with Reverend Gary Clem presiding.
