Lenna Jeanne Hartman Jones, age 47 of McCall Rd., Jane Lew, WV, passed away unexpectedly early Saturday morning, December 16, 2006 at her residence. She was born December 9, 1959 in Clarksburg, a daughter of Nancy Frances (Hurst) Haught Pigott and the late Dale Haught.

 

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, Christopher Lynn Hartman at home and David Franklin Jones of Weston; two brothers Kenneth Gordon Haught and his wife Willette of Charleston, WV and Pastor Raymond Darrell Haught and his wife Karen of Warrenburg, MO.

 

In addition to her father, her stepfather, Clovis Pigott, preceded her in death.

 

Lenna was employed for 19 years as an L.P.N. at Sharpe Hospital in Weston. She was a member of Grace Baptist Temple in Jane Lew. She was an avid reader of romance novels and enjoyed boating, fishing and traveling.

 

Lenna will be remembered as a very thoughtful, generous and helpful person. She always tried to be “a mother to the whole world” and would help anyone in his or her time of need.

 

It was Lenna’s desire to have no formal funeral home visitation. A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at a later date to be announced in the Clarksburg Exponent-Telegram. Inurnment will take place in the Coplin Cemetery on Jarvisville Rd.
