Greta M. Elliott, of Bridgeport, passed away June 25, 2006, at her residence. She was born in Clarksburg on August 14, 1928, the daughter of the late Bernard E. and Cora Martin Bennett.
She was married to Harry E. Elliott, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are three sons, David S. Elliott, Tempe, AZ; Mark A. Elliott and wife Alison, Goodyear, AZ; and Michael A. Elliott and wife Barbara of Goldsboro, NC; grandsons Michael Scott Elliott, Goldsboro, NC; Nathan M. Elliott, Goodyear, AZ; granddaughters Kristen A. and Kelly A. Elliott of Goldsboro, NC; and Nikole M Elliott, Goodyear, AZ; and a special close friend, Brittany L. Trippett of Bridgeport. Also surviving are her sister Joy Blake and her husband Ray, Bridgeport; and her brother, Richard R. Bennett, Thonotassa, FL
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Roderick A. Bennett.
Funeral services will be held privately for the family, and interment will be in the Bridgeport Cemetery.
